I'm not that great at crits either.
I'm not exactly sure what's going on in this picture though.. are those green lines markings or what?
And when making things glow, you should put it on a separate layer and set it to "overlay" or "addition" (whichever suits you) and lower the opacity. It makes it look a lot better. c: Also try to make the fur a bit more.. free? Like, it looks like it was spiked up with some gel. Either way, I really do enjoy your cat anatomy. I like the way you do your eyes. c: This is pretty good.
